Please note, due to manufacturing costs and restraints, once production has commenced on a custom sized rug, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. Catwalk Rugs will reconfirm your custom made rug with you before moving onto production stage.

Backordered items are those that our suppliers currently do not have in stock. Although there is nothing we can do to change the backordered status of an item, we will do our best to inform you of an anticipated shipping date.
We offer free shipping on all rugs within Australia! Our freight partners will endeavour to deliver to your door, however there are some countries and regions we don’t have freight partners or logistical programs. If ordering from outside of Australia, please contact us to get more specific information on shipping to your country.
Your items will be shipped from our warehouse by the most reliable couriers within Australia we can find - directly to your door.
