No other store or site makes the process this easy and enjoyable. All you have to do is sit back and wait on our updates while skilled artisans make your custom sized rug.

Catwalk Rugs is the only company in Australia to offer custom rug sizing for our popular brands, and is available on a range of types such as flat-weave, wool rugs and more.
 

Please consider the below points when ordering a Custom Made Rug from Catwalk Rugs:

• Generally delivery time on custom made rugs is around 14 weeks. We will notify you within 48 hours of your order being placed with your expected arrival time. In most instances we can have it delivered much quicker, however its best to quote the upper end rather than disappoint you if there are any delays in the weaving or finishing of your custom made rug.
  An exact run down of the lead time for different types of rugs is:
  
  

  Machine woven:              6-8 weeks

  Machine tufted:                    8 weeks

  Hand woven:                   8-10 weeks

  Hand tufted:                     12-16 weeks

  Hand knotted:                  5 months

• Once production has commenced on your custom rug, we cannot cancel or refund the order. We will endeavour to make changes where possible, however due to the complexity of the weaving, dyeing and finishing process of custom made rugs, we cannot guarantee that your late change or modification can be accommodated.
  
  
• Please keep in mind, the minimum height for custom rugs is 500 cm, and the minimum width is 80 cm.
  
  
• Unless faulty, custom made rugs are not returnable for refund or exchange. 
  
  
• We can cater to all custom sizes from long terrace hallways to large commercial foyers. Drop us an email and our rug experts will make recommendations on what material and construction would best suit your project.
  
  
• As with all handmade/hand-woven/hand-tufted/hand-knotted rugs; there has to be some tolerance for the final size of your custom made rug. Depending on the material, the season your rug is made in (accounting for humidity) and the construction of the pile, please allow for slight variations in sizing and appearance.
