Where is my order?
Due to the volume of rugs we ship out per day, our rugs normally dispatch from our warehouse and onto a courier within two to three days. As soon as they are dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to track your order as it makes its way to you via a third party courier. As we are now 100% online based, we ask you email us all your enquiries, exchanges and returns to keep a record of trail. We have multiple staff dedicated to responding to your needs and in most cases will reply before close of business the same day (excluding weekends). If a call is required, then one of our friendly staff will get in touch, just leave us your contact information on the email as well.
