Polyester

Polyester is a material of choice for our shag rugs due to its softness, but maintaining strength and durability within longer piles. Stain resistance is also a major draw point for Polyester, making it one of the more ideal materials to be placed in a room that may get a bit more activity than usual such as a kids rumpus room.

Able to hold colour extremely well, as most synthetic fibers can - you'll find that Polyester reaches its full visual potential when used as a solid flat colour in rugs, to really bring out the vibrancy in the material.
