What is the dispatch cut-off date for 2021?
All orders placed before before 2pm on December 22nd will be dispatched before Christmas. All orders placed after this time and date will be dispatched after the second week of January 2022 (Commencing 10th of January).
Can I still place an order after this date?
Yes, our website is open for business 24/7, 365 days of the year and you can purchase an item anytime. Please note, orders placed after December 22nd will be dispatched in the second week of January when all support and warehouse logistics staff resume trade.
Can I make a change to my order after cut-off dates for trade 2021?
Of course you can, but please note that your request will be actioned once support staff resume trade in the second week of January.
Can I return/exchange my rug within this period?
Yes, but your request will be actioned once trade recommences in 2022.
Can I contact Catwalk Rugs in the holiday period?
Our support staff are here Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm to answer all your calls. Our only break period is between after the 22nd of December until the second week of January, so while we will receive your enquiries, responses may be delayed within this period until trade recommences.
