COVID-19 Updates

BUSINESS AS USUAL... with a few necessary amendments:

Thank you for your patience while we work within the NSW Government guidelines and regulations to stay COVID safe during lock down. Rest assured we are working hard to get your orders out as soon as we can. Further updates on business changes in these periods include: 

  • Dispatch and delivery periods have increased, thanks to all our customers for their patience and support. 
  • Please use a residential address as delivery to business addresses may not be completed. Items will NOT be sent to PO Box addresses. 
  • Delivery is contactless to ensure driver and customer safety.
  • Our customer support team is available to answer any questions you may have. Any questions, just get in touch. 

 Dispatch and Delivery Updates:

Please note: Courier services Australia wide are experiencing delays due to the COVID pandemic and a surge in freight volumes.

In our efforts to keep you informed, we'd like to advise that due to the influx of inbound freight to NSW and the strain on local sorting facilities, there will be extended delays in customers receiving their items in NSW. We anticipate that this will be in excess of 15 business days from shipment date and will keep you informed of any updates. As you may be aware all Sydney distribution centres are heavily impacted by labour shortages and social distancing. 

All orders placed after 1st of September will be affected with warehouse dispatch delays taking up to 15 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this unprecedented time. 

Below, a general guide for shipping (after warehouse dispatch) ETAs can be found below, however please note the ETA does not include the pickup day and applies to business days only. 

 

      Sydney,  Melbourne, Brisbane,  Adelaide METROPOLITAN areas :               4-10  business days        
      Sydney,  Melbourne, Brisbane  OUTER METROPOLITAN/REGIONAL areas :                4-10  business days        
      QLD,  NSW, VIC, SA (regional  areas) and TAS :               6-10  business days        
      WA and NT :                8-17  business days
